The person who booked the limo service is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the service period. In case of any damage or vandalism caused to the limo, the person who booked the service will be charged the full cost of the repairs. Plus downtime at $200.00 per hour
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused to the passengers or their property during the service period. We are not responsible for any delays, accidents, or breakdowns caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, and road conditions.
Our limos are equipped with safety belts and other safety features. Passengers are responsible for using these safety features while the vehicle is in motion. Passengers are not allowed to stand or move around the vehicle while it is in motion. The driver has the right to terminate the service if any passenger poses a threat to the safety of other passengers or the driver.
